On this week’s Community Forum: Metanomics Writes Its Own Guide, Cooperatively to the new Second Life Viewer 2.0 – Join us live on Thursday, February 25 at 12 p.m. PST (SL time) at the Metanomics studio in Second Life. You can also watch it streamed live on the net from our Community Forum page.

Linden Labs released the Public Beta test version of Viewer 2.0 this week. We will gather as a community and explore it, pooling observations, and sharing questions. Some Community Members have participated in the Alpha round of testing, some will not have tried it yet. Feel free to participate at whatever level you feel ready to leap in at. We hope to better understand the features and discover common patterns as we adapt to the new Viewer.

A less formal version of this process has been going on in the Metanomics Group IM since yesterday. We’ll be using Etherpad.com and Google Moderator to record and guide this process, please consider creating a free Google G-Mail account if you do not have one so that you can share in the complete process.

Note: A Snowglobe version has also been released. We will be working with the standard LL Viewer 2.0 Beta.
